DATA PRIVACY NOTICE

The Controller of your personal data is TVM Transport & Logistics GmbH with its registered office in Düsseldorf (40-221), address: Zollhof 8, HRB 90961 (hereinafter: the “Controller”), which is recruiting for the position you are applying for.

By sending your application to us, you consent to the processing by the Controller of your personal data contained in the application for the purpose of conducting recruitment for the position indicated in the advertisement. We process your personal data specified in the Labour Code or in other specific acts (according to the requirements of the advertisement) based on the law, and provision of your personal data is necessary to participate in the recruitment process. Other personal data (e.g. your image) are processed on the basis of your voluntary consent that you expressed by sending them to us in the recruitment application, and their provision does not affect your ability to participate in the recruitment process.

You have the right to access your data, which includes obtaining a copy of your data, the right to have your data rectified, to request their erasure, the right to restrict their processing and to transmit your data (to the processing of which you have consented) to another data controller. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent granted prior to its withdrawal.

We process your personal data in connection with recruitment for the position indicated in the advertisement for the period necessary to carry out the recruitment process and selection of a candidate or until the selected candidate accepts or rejects the job offer, and then for a period of 12 months for defence against any potential claims. If you have agreed to participate in future recruitments, we will store your data for a period of 24 months from the end of the recruitment process in which the application was submitted.

We may transfer your personal data to IT system providers who process personal data on behalf of the Controller. Your data will not be made available to other controllers.
We do not transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area.
